BACK SWEEP BLUEPRINT

One technique. Fourteen entries. Endless applications.

This series breaks down the back sweep from the ground up, teaching you how to find and finish this high-percentage takedown from the positions you actually end up in: seatbelt, body lock, pummel, front headlock, rear body lock, and beyond.

You will start with the mechanical foundation of what makes this sweep work, including hip placement, head position, and contact point, so that when you layer in entries and movement, the technique holds up under pressure.

From there, each lesson introduces a new setup or tie-up: the kosoto into a circle hop, the Israel Hernandez slap series, the duck under, the head roll from an underhook or front headlock, the arm drag, the elbow pass, and the snap down. Every entry is built on the same core mechanics, so the knowledge compounds as you go.

Whether you are a wrestler, a judoka, or a jiu-jitsu practitioner, this series gives you a sweep you can reach for from almost anywhere in a live match.
