Have you hit a roadblock in your grappling practice?

Most grapplers (no matter their skill level) eventually encounter obstacles that slow their progress and make them feel stagnant.

They feel underdeveloped in a certain area, which leads to an avalanche of even bigger problems, highest among them are diminishing confidence and a sense of insecurity.

When we have this feeling of insecurity it can lead to us struggling to execute techniques effectively, feeling outmatched by opponents, or hitting mental roadblocks that hinder our performance.

If you want to unlock your full potential you need to continuously refine your skills and adapt to new challenges.

Unlocking your full potential requires more than just showing up to training sessions, you need a proactive and deliberate approach to skill refinement and development.

If you are:

  1. Having trouble bringing opponents to the ground
  2. Worried about safely executing techniques without injury
  3. Struggling to win in live sparring
  4. Or are just generally feeling stuck

...then you need a strategy to break through these barriers and reach your full potential.

You need a resource for improving your skills — proactively and deliberately.

Jason Herzog

"A major advantage in Justin’s system is how effectively intertwined his system is with multiple grappling disciplines. Whether your background is wrestling, Judo, or Jiu-Jitsu the benefit of having someone who has taught athletes at the very highest level is, simply put, a cheat-code to your advancement."

Jason Herzog MMA Referee | Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt

I'm Justin Flores.

I've had the honor of coaching the 2020 USA Olympic team, training three UFC World champions, and securing the title of three-time USA judo national champion. I'm also a Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.

My whole life I've been passionate about martial arts.

But my real passion is helping others reach their full potential.

I was ready to retire after I finished my competitive career. That is until Ronda Rousey persuaded me to become her Judo coach. Reluctantly I agreed, and over time, as I got more experienced and confident, I discovered an unexpected talent for distilling clear and concise information for athletes based on my unique experience competing at the highest level.

As I've had more and more success coaching, I started to hit a bottleneck where I couldn't possibly train as many people as I wanted. I needed to find a way to reach as many people as possible to share my knowledge and help them reach their highest potential.

I created this course to bring my 36 years of coaching and competing at the highest levels to anyone who wants it. My background gives me a unique perspective on the sport and allows me to teach in a distinctive way.

Seeing my students succeed is the most gratifying feeling in the world.

It would be my privilege to be your coach too!

Ronda Rousey Testimonial

"Justin’s such an amazing athlete it’s hard to believe he’s become an even better coach – but he has. He’s not just talented but technical, he innovates constantly and still has the ability to physically push the athletes he trains – he teaches not just through theory but application and demonstration."
